Refund policy

I hope that you will love the cards and prints you've purchased. If you find there's a problem with your Heartell items, please contact me within seven days of receiving your item. If you end up needing to return something, items must be returned in salable condition, and shipping costs are non-refundable, but I'll do everything I can to make sure you are happy with your cards and prints. Please note that because woodblock prints are made by hand, slight variations in color and texture are natural and inevitable.
